1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Offer

  • Standard Shipping: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location within Egypt.

  • FREE SHIPPING: We offer Free Shipping on all orders exceeding 800 EGP! To qualify, your total cart value after any discounts must be 800 EGP or higher.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and official Egyptian holidays).

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message/email with your order details and tracking information (if applicable).

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location within Egypt:

  • Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days.

  • Alexandria & Canal Cities: 2–4 business days.

  • Delta & Upper Egypt: 3–5 business days.

(Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly during peak seasons, sales, or public holidays).

4. Delivery Method & Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We partner with reliable local courier services to ensure your items arrive safely.

  • We support Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payment methods available at checkout.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in packaging your orders. However, if your package arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package:

Please include your order number and photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect items so we can resolve the issue promptly.

6. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and governorate are complete and accurate at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachability, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
